Q1: Can we get some samples? Free or paid?

Yes, if we have inventory, you can get free samples.

If the sample needs to be customized, the sample fee should be paid.

Q2: How do we obtain a quotation?

We will provide you with the best quotation after obtaining the product specifications, such as

Material, size, shape, color, quantity, surface finishing, etc.

Q3: What format of design file do you want to print?

We would be the best if you could provide your work as an Adobe Illustrator ,PDF,CDR format file.However, if it is not possible, our internal designers can create artworks.

Q4: Can you help with the design?

Of course, we have professional designers to provide design services.

Q5: What is the delivery time for samples and large orders?

If we have inventory samples, it will take 1-2 days, and newly produced samples will take 3-5 days,Large orders take 8-15 days.
